After doing the background research we did not feel comfortable asking any of the reviewing team to set up an account with this group.

Royal Prive were previously part of the Morriyen Investments group – more commonly know to players as the Rome casino group – this is a group of casinos that while inconsistently more responsive to dealing with player disputes, generates a disproportionately high volume of complaints, again mostly related to excessively slow payment of players.

These casino did engage with some dispute mediation, but withdrew from working with CasinoMeister all together after a spat with the AffActive group (another group we don’t recommend playing with) where both sides seem to have misrepresented what was going on.

Morriyen Investments also has ties to the Real Vegas group – owned by Curgam NV – who are one of the least player friendly groups on the market right now. There are numerous reports from multiple sources of them taking several months – and in some shocking instances years – to pay players, when payment turns up at all. They will frequently give players assurances about when funds will arrive, fail to deliver and then inform the player that the process has to be started from scratch. This cycle goes on ad nauseam.

During our December 2013 update, it came to light that the Rome group casinos have be forceably taken over by their software provider TopGame resulting in many accusations and lawsuits between the two parties.

Alongside this we found numerous instances of this group failing to respond to complaints.

More recently (2016) Royal Prive appear to have been purchased by Engage Entertainment.

During the December 2013 review update we came across a player complaint where Rich casino who are owned by Engage Entertainment appear to have instituted a Spirit of the Bonus fund confiscation. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour.

7Spins casino who are own by Engage Entertainment have failed to cooperate fully with our complaint service. While the casino were happy to tell us that this player involved had been running multiple accounts, they refused to provide any evidence to support that claim. Given that all this casino hold their licenses in Curacao by a Master License holder we’ve found to be consistently non-responsive to complaints this effectively means that the player has no-where to go to get an independent review of a decision to confiscate funds, leaving the casino as the final arbitrator with regard to decisions that they benefit from financially.

At least one of the casinos owned by Engage Entertainment, Winward, appears to have historical associations with the now defunct Top Game casino software.

21Dukes – an operator owned by Engage Entertainment – took nearly 2 years to pay a player a low 5 figure balance and pressured the player by suggesting that the player would be paid faster if they were to pay more and if they didn’t pay they’d reduce the player’s withdrawal limit even further, going so far as to suggest a monthly withdrawal limit of 100 credits, which would have resulted in the balance taking decades to pay.

Another operator listing their ownership as Engage Entertainment, Sunset Slots, has been accused by CasinoMeister of illegally obtaining a mailing list.

Engage-Entertainment’s legal department have contacted us to insist that each of their operators is entirely independent. This may be true but we feel that players should be aware of all of the activities of the properties owned by this group.

During September 2017 links came to light connecting the Real Vegas Group/Morriyen Investment and Cyberrock Entertainment N.V. At this time there is no longer any mention of Engage Entertainment on the Diceland site.
