Casinovo have word for word the same affiliate terms and conditions as many Rival run casino brands. These terms are distinctive and not used by non-Rival groups. This indicated that they’ve either copied a legal document from another operator or they have some connection with the groups run by Rival software. As such we would advise players choose an alternative casino to play with extreme caution.

The MYEG group later changed company name to Danguad Ltd and splintered off into various smaller sub-groups under different company names including Mountberg Ltd.
This collective of operators has fostered a very poor reputation with numerous highly contentious complaint issues that have seen player’s out of pocket.
Casinovo appear to have left the platform that supports this group, but in doing so at least one of their players has been left short a significant sum of money. The operator claims the previous platform is responsible for the debts. That may be the case, but as far as we’re concerned it is the brand that are ultimately responsible for ensuring the player is set right, be that out of their own pocket or the previous platform’s.
