As of June 2018 Progress Play have informed us that they will no longer share evidence to support their decisions during the management of player complaints. This is a very disappointing shift in policy and appears to have been instigated by the incoming GDPR policies. However having served as an ADR for multiple regulatory authorities our service is very familiar with the requirements of the GDPR and this presents no barrier to the management of player complaints as long as the proper permissions are obtained from the complainant beforehand. That being the case, as long as all complaints are managed appropriately, we will consider the Traffillions run Progress Play properties exempt from our standard position on this license.
