The Betsson group have bought Maxino. All six of the reviewers who work for this site on a regular bases have held accounts with the Betsson group for many years and all the feedback they’ve given is positive.

Historically, the Betsson group have been unwilling to discuss player complaints and have confiscated funds only providing vague terms as justification. However, in early 2016 we had an extended conversation with this group and they have subsequently assured us that going forward they will ensure that all complaints are addressed fully. Maxino Casino do publish the house edge (RTP) information for all their Net Entertainment slots games but not for the Microgaming slots games they offer.

Maxino Casino run the Frequent Player Point comp program. When playing Table games or Video Poker you’ll earn 0.5 FFPs for every €10 wagered and when playing other games you’ll earn 1 FFP for every €10 wagered. The upper rate is as good as the standard Playtech comp point program. When cashing in you’ll receive €1 for every 100 FFPs. If you cash in 1000 FFPs in one go you get an extra €1 and if you cash in 10000 FFPs in one go you’ll get an extra €20. This program is better than the industry average but not quite as good as the standard Playtech comp point program.
