First Web Casino Review (2020)

Only one of the six reviewers who work regularly for this site holds an account with the Fortune Lounge group. They report positive experiences.

In the last year the Fortune Lounge group has aggressively expanded and taken over a substantial proportion of the the Microgaming only casino providers still on the market, including the BrightShare, WagerShare, RedReturns and the ReferBack groups of casino (listed by affiliate programs).

None of the groups that make up this super group of Microgaming casino have a spotless record when it comes to the discussion of player complaint and treatment of their affiliate partners, but some of the groups have a better record than others.

At the present time it’s not clear exactly how this amalgamation of casino groups is going to function, whether the individual groups will continue to function autonomously and form their own policies regarding the discussion of player complaints or whether there will be one unified policy applied to all casinos in the group.

For the time being, while we will detail the player/affiliate issue with all groups within this amalgamation in one entry, we will continue to treat the groups individually until such time that we see evidence that they are sharing management policies.

First Web casino are part of the Jackpot Factory group of casinos.

The Jackpot Factory group have failed to respond to several player complaints.

Alongside this, they’ve recently changed the terms of their affiliate contract and retroactively enforced the new rules on all their affiliate partners. As such they’ve been rogued at Affiliate Guard Dog.

Recently the Brightshare group of casinos have decided that in cases where a player breaches bonus terms and conditions they will void the player’s deposit alongside their winnings. This is exceptionally aggressive and unethical behaviour.
