Another case saw this group add a No Deposit Bonus to a player’s account after receiving explicit instructions from the player not to give them this type of bonus. When the player than played with this believing it to be cashback and won a significant figure (mid 5 figures), the operator chose to enforce NDB terms to rescind the win despite the fact that the player could not possibly have been aware of the NDB terms due to their instructions not to add this type of bonus.
