Casino Reliability

 – 3 / 10

DublinBet are part of the Starfish Media group. This group of operators has denied multiple players has become non-responsive to player complaints after two cases came up where the operator refused to pay four figure balances due to the players having been from the same country and having won playing the same game. The assertion was that the players had engaged in fraud, but the players in question were not playing with bonus money and the operator failed to demonstrate any fault with the game (meaning that the House Edge should have been in effect and the players expected to lose).

Dublin Bet Casino only publish the House Edge/Return to Player (RTP) information for their Net Entertainment slots games.

Dublin Bet do offer a comp point program that primarily offers complimentary spins instead of cash. It does offer cash conversion for larger numbers of points, but is not clear on the accrual rates when playing different games and the information we do have would make this system substantially weaker than the standard Playtech comp point program.

This group of operators became non-responsive to complaints when we pointed out that to justify non-payment based on fraud they would have to demonstrate that the players in question actually stood to benefit from their activities financially. With no bonuses in play and not established fault with the game, the only conclusion we could reach was that these players were lucky. Not paying on that basis is a very questionable practice.
