CityAM have a positive reputation within the gambling industry. However we have concerns regarding several of their terms.

Firstly their dormancy term stipulates that they will charge you “reasonable administrative charges” without defining what reasonable is.

Secondly the casino institutes a maximum win clause to the effect that they will not pay out any more than £250,000 on any of their games. While this will not impact many players, any player that places a bet with a potential return of more than £250,000 is being mislead as to the odds they are receiving. This term also fails to exclude progressive jackpots. As the Nektan platform carries and actively promote progressive jackpots that vastly exceed this amount where players have no prospect of receiving the full advertised jackpot.

Thirdly they carry ambiguous bonus terms. When playing with a bonus only wager with bonus funds contribute towards the wagering requirements. This means that you have to lose any deposited funds before your wagers will be counted towards the wagering requirements. However the terms fail to define whether or not other restrictions, like max win or max bet, apply when you are playing with deposited funds. This is likely to lead to complex complaint issues.

For the above reasons we will not send players through to Nektan operated casinos.
