Neoplay casino list their ownership as Brivio Limited. A google search of this name brings up Winner casino which lists its ownership as “Brivio ZIRCONIUM GAMING LIMITED”. While this name is not an exact match it’s very similar and a quick look at the Winner and Neoplay websites shows that the share exactly the same website design, using the same layout, graphics and menus. The NeoPlay website is a clone of the Winner website, which would not be allowed if NeoPlay were not directly associated with Winner.

NeoPlay have since removed all references to Brivio Limited from their website and now list their ownership as “Invicta Networks N.V.”. A search for this company turns up Max casino, Green casino and IC casino. All three of these casinos are part of the Welcome Partners group. Many of the casino advertising with this group have been involved in the distribution of stolen games.

As such we consider all casinos associated with Invicta Networks N.V., Brivio Limited or Welcome Partners to be part of the Winner group.

In late 2014 a situation came to light where an affiliate was found to be hacking into other sites and posting their gambling links on these sites without the owners knowledge or permission. This activity is clearly illegal and unethical.
